Our delicious Pumpkin Pies/Cheesecakes are the perfect fall treat. The pies are made with a date and nut base and then topped with a super creamy mix of Pumpkin Puree and Cashews. They have a classic un-baked cheesecake texture and even your non-vegan friends will love this nourishing treat.
The difference between the pie and the cheesecake is only the size. The Pie is made in a fluted tart pan while the Cheesecake is made in a traditional cake pan and we use twice the amount cake filling in comparison to the tart.
- The cakes are temperature sensitive and therefore NOT available for shipping. At Checkout you will be available to chose “Store Pick-Up” and we will be in touch via email to coordinate a pick-up date and time.
- We need at least one week notice to make your cake – please let us know at Checkout what date you’ll need your cake for.
